Maison Blanche is expanding its range of purveying to assure that we can, as available, use the most local, fresh, nourishing seasonal and suitable ingredients. As Maison Blanche continues to evolve to use seasonal and sustainable foods, our practice of purveying will expand. We will continue with our long time suppliers because they have assured us they intend to move in this direction. But we will now also draw from present generation producers and artisanal growers who are committed to supplying for a Locavore philosophy.
We are dedicated to producing from indigenous foods with the best and lowest impact farming technique, which generate a quality and affordable product so their foodstuffs may be practically incorporated into The Maison Blanche experience. The partners we select in this endeavor will be local, share our passion for value and quality and be practical in helping create a culture of produce for a safe and savory, inimitable menu.
