The Maison Blanche Intern & Apprentice program is an original and branded in-house study and staffing program based on the long standing traditional teachings and techniques of craftsmen apprenticeships.
The Maison Blanche Intern & Apprentice Program© is a paid per hour base program customized to meet the college requirements, serve student needs while providing invaluable training and experience.
Each student is trained directly with Chef Martinez and his staff in a program that gives training and experience in all the operational and management areas of the restaurant. Maison Blanche has working agreements with South Florida culinary schools and local area colleges but stresses that the Intern & Apprentice Program© is open to all who wish to pursue a culinary career.
The Intern & Apprentice Program© has two Phases. Phase one of the program is available to students and affords paid internships, while they work to obtain their certificates or degrees. Phase two is a full time paid apprenticeship program open to graduates, career changers and others with Chef Jose Martinez, as they begin their professional careers. At the successful conclusion of the apprenticeship program the individual may apply to stay full time with Maison Blanche or will receive a recommendation from Chef Martinez for their application to a restaurant of their choice.
